With one eyebrow raised, I agreed to implement this comprehensive leadership development program with all mid and upper management at Equity Residential. Because of the depth of the program, the use of many instruments, and the delivery of open peer feedback, I was unsure of how it would be received and if the intended results would be understood. However, the initial responses were so positive, we decided to greatly expand the program to deliver it to all managers throughout the entire company. As the program progressed, we witnessed our management teams improve and increase their communication skills as we developed more focused, successful leaders in all areas of the company.
Participating in this leadership development program has had a significant impact on our management team. The personal learning experiences they realized during the program has produced long lasting effects and the insights gained are utilized daily in team interactions. My thanks to the entire Education Team for the successful development and implementation of this wonderful leadership experience.
